Indian Sweets Aam(Mango) Shrikhand Recipe

Shrikhand is one of the easiest to make Indian Sweets, but it is very cool in taste. The taste of mango in Shrikhand makes it even tastier.
Fresh curd - 2 1/2 cups (500 grams)
Powder sugar - 1/4 cup
Mango pulp - 1 cup
Cashews or Almonds - 4
Pistachios - 5-6
Cardamom - 2

Put the curd in a thick cloth, hang it and squeeze all the water in the curd out and the curd becomes thick. Then remove it from the cloth and put it in a bowl. Cut cashews or almonds into small finely chopped slices, peel the cardamom, and cut the piston finely.
Pour the powder sugar, mango pulp, half almonds, pistachios and cashews and cardamom in the curry curd mix them well. And add the aam khands to the small cups, and garnish it with pistachios and almonds
Put the cups of Indian sweets mango Shrikhand in the fridge and let it cool down for few hours. Serve cold chilled aam or mango Shrikhand right from the freezer.
